@Worthy with all the Royal Mail nonsense going on would it be prudent to delay the unwrapping a little? I can't imagine a reason to not to delay to say 20th? Just to give those stuck in transit a little extra time to get things to the recipient.

Another remote secret Santa group I am in has just done this.

My SS has arrived and taken its place under the tree! Some pretty advanced stealth tactics going on - I thought I might have been able to spot it from the return address but they covered ALL bases.

Also, we have a SS 2022 announcement to make! In a new feature for this year, we will not be announcing who drew who in the unwrap thread! The Secret Santas will remain secret!

Ho ho ho ho! I've been celebrating Christmas a lot this week, so apologies for the lack of updates. I've run through and marked in the OP who has received their parcels. Unfortunately, it gives away a couple of hints as to who has who but we're only a day away now anyway so it isn't the end of the world.

@beany_bot and @TwsT - could you confirm you haven't received your parcels yet?
