I ordered some coffee last week, they always post it with Royal Mail, next day delivery. Up until now it's always arrived the following day, it was posted on Monday and still hasn't arrived. It's been sat at my local depot since Wednesday.

I think I may well post my Secret Santa stuff with someone else.

I'll use one of those parcel sites like parcel2go and ship it with DPD or some other courier (not Evri or Yodel), I guess not Parcel Force either if Royal Mail are struggling.

@Worthy with all the Royal Mail nonsense going on would it be prudent to delay the delivery deadline a little? I can't imagine a reason to not to delay to say 20th? Just to give those stuck in transit a little extra time to get things to the recipient.
