I managed to finish work early today so just put my tent together to let it air out. Its not been used since the Isle of Wight festival in 2004.

I'm looking forward to this now :cool: Gotta buy some more supplies tonight.
 
Me and Mark have just done a barbeque run in Sanisbury's (well thats half of what we are bringing bought).

I only had to buy another 12 cans of beer, and the grand total was £49, thats a LOT of food (and that doesn't include ANY snack food!).

Aye, the portable BBQ's at Sainsburys are huge! I'll light one up and I'll be able to cook food for myself and at least two other people in one sitting.

All I'm taking food wise is a load of bacon, a load of decent rolls, some burgers, and stupid as it sounds some fruit like apples and bananas that i can eat in the mornings.

Just spent another £45 in Tesco on the way home ;)

Man this is gonna rock :D
 
I'm quite gutted I'm not going, but due to not actually having a car, and not being able to get the weekend off work, it makes it impossible!

Look out for a weekend of fun and frolics later on in the summer though, organised by me :)
 
Woo looks like Phil finished his car, and might even have time to wash it!

I don't normally do this but I'm bringing loads of clothes :/ Don't wanna be sat in a jumper if its nice. phil might cull some of them though as he is the one thats packing tomorrow :) The best thing is that my new Sparco pit lane shoes have finally arrived!!!

Oh, and I'm glad I'm considered one of the guys ;)

As you spent £45 on food does that mean that nobody else needs to bring any?

Also, last year I found a quality local buthers near silverstone. He did great meat.

?? thats sounds good, think we should go there. Can't be bothered going shopping tonight.
 
I don't think I'll buy much in the way of meat, just some bacon. I'm wary of it going off even in a cool bag.

This campsite, is it just in one huge field I guess? The reason I ask is I will be there later than a lot of you (around 5pm) so hopefully I shoud spot you...

Apprentley you just have to head through some gates , then it will be a case of hide and seek ;)

BTW El + Firestar, ive spoke to the guy and hes expecting you 2 anytime after 12 so thats when he will open the gates
