RC car with RWD ? That sounds great on a tiled or polished wood floor might be ideal.
Does it have the 50:50 weight distribution too
(had a hard time getting the payment through some reason tossed up a load of errors so paid via paypal)

What batteries are required?
5 x AA I think. (found it on Argos but OCUK lot cheaper!)

Right guys, had the a Sample of the GTR RC car today, take x5 AA batteries (3 in the car, 2 in the remote).
Front lights turn on when moving forward and rear lights when reversing. It is rear wheel drive!
Will upload the vid I took earlier of it. Can get some good drifting on a smooth floor, even more so if you lubed the rear tyres up (oooo kinky).
Range is ok, no further than 10 meters really.
It is epic fun though and really good value for money, we tried doing a couple of jumps and ramps and has survived falling of the desk quite a few times.

Will have to take another video of them in the warehouse, they drift like beasts when not on carpet!

I can take videos of the stock but can't open the boxes obviously! The one we had out was a sample from the supplier.
Don't think any come with rechargeable batteries and I'm pretty sure they won't work too well with them.
We have some pretty cheap batteries coming into stock tomorrow.
I bought it for me partners son, he is 7, I hope he is better driver than the video guy
