Hello mate, sorry work's been crazy I'll 'hopefully' be around this afternoon but come half five it's UFC time!!! Whoop!!

If I don't catch you this afternoon I'll definitely be on tomorrow.

Off next week to so I'll be watching all the vids for some pointers and I'll be getting in as much practice as poss
