Can anybody give me an idea of how promptly OcUK respond to technical support WebNotes?
I suspect a product I've bought from here is faulty and I sent a webnote about it on the 24th March, received the automatic confirmation that it had been received but I'm yet to actually get a response. Just trying to work out if this is common or if there's a problem with the system.
