I'm not entirely sure if this is the correct forum for this but I looked through the descriptions of all the other forums and none of them applied so I was drawn here since it said "anything not covered by other forums".

Can anybody give me an idea of how promptly OcUK respond to technical support WebNotes?

I suspect a product I've bought from here is faulty and I sent a webnote about it on the 24th March, received the automatic confirmation that it had been received but I'm yet to actually get a response. Just trying to work out if this is common or if there's a problem with the system.
 
All webnotes received before end of business are done the same day - it looks like somebody had a crash while viewing your webnote though as it's stuck in 'being read'. Bumped it along so you should get a reply first thing.
