Ryan's note at the end seems to be entirely unnecessary and casting a negative tone on a non-issue. Strikes me as "2990WX isn't a gaming chip. It never was a gaming chip, it never will be. But gaming is weird on it and I'm going to fret about our testing process and somehow throw shade at AMD's engineers for not performing extensive gaming tests on a chip that isn't for gaming. But the 2990WX isn't a gaming chip."

Non-issue? Especially when the gaming mode shows perfectly fine gaming performance, so if you really wanted to game on your 2990WX with all those lovely, fully laned-up M.2 NVMe SSDs, 10 seconds to BIOS switch and reboot is a trivial matter.
 
Ryan Shrout has already been caught out before shilling for Intel, not disclosing being paid to review Intel Products on his reviews... i dont even recognise PCPer as a valid source of anything impartial and non biased, the guy is an absolute end of a bell, 100% shill for whoever is paying his bill.
