Is a D2X and the Tiamat Elite a pretty good combo? Or is there a better one? The phoebus is a bit too expensive to justify!

Has to be a headset with mic, not messing about with seperates.

the Elite model looks excellent imo, would love to get it but I'm going to look at buying Razer Megalodon, also a 7.1 headset but costs a bit less. One of the reasons why is 'm sticking to a blue theme I have going with my current setup, I like everything to match up

Do you think the Razer Tiamat Expert 2.2 would be a decent replacement for a pair of dying Astro A40's?

Would they be on par or better quality do you think?
