I also think the PERMAbanned acount should be deleted and Oxide be given to him. But i think they like to keep permabanned accounts so they can cross reference IP's maybe.

Not sure why they can't be deleted and the user name transferred.

As long as you always log in on the same computer and have it remember the password, I guess having TM is fine, but otherwise you'll have to know the ALT+xxxx code, if you don't already. Seems like a bit of a pain to me tbh.
