OCuk Webnote problems?

I asked ocUK a question last night on the webnote system.
So far I have had the same reply 30 times! :eek:

And I cannot get through on there phones

Anyone else having this problem :confused:

I have 135 emails off them since 6pm last night telling me the same thing. And still no acknowledgement that there is a problem and/or resolution, apart from someone saying they'd email the shop and let them know (that was hours ago)

Pretty shoddy service by anyone's standards...

Well, to be fair to them, they must get a lot of questions and if they are sending an email every 10mins to everyone thats asked a question, well, imagine!!
But as I have a blackberry it is REALLY annoying!!

Mind you, I might **** someone off and put their email address in and ask a question lol!

Think they need new antivirus software!
