Does that actually make a visible difference? Im on wifi even though the PS3 is 1m away from the routerI have connected up my PS3 via ethernet cable. Hopefully it will run butter smooth.

Miniscule overall but in a fast paced game like WipEout HD, it can make all the difference.
oh this is gonna be ugly, i can barely get perfect laps in phantom

Unfortunately, I didn't manage to get a photo of the tournament standings last night before it booted me out to game lobby.
Senture obvioulsy dropped out due to connection issues and Ojste (who would have finished 3rd had Senture not dropped out) has kindly given the last spot in the final to Senture.
That means that the final will now be Whappers vs. Senture.
Two questions though Senture,
1. When are you available to play?
2. Have you any preference on the settings we should use?

I can't exactly say I am happy with how things went on Wednesday. I had a good feeling that things were going to screw up after the knock-out stage and they did
Thanks very much Ojste for putting me in the final with Whappers. I wish that it was due to the final standings had we all completed the 8 races. I was something like 7 points infront of Whappers with Ojste 2 points behind Whappers. I could very well have screwed up the last few races and drop to 3rd on the final standings.
