Most probably nothing more than someone's signature coming from a wrongly configured web server. According to Symantec it only affects Cobalt RaQ servers (hence the name) and to be quite honest I'd be more scared of a fluffy bunny rabbit than any harm coming to me from that 'intrusion attempt'
