• Competitor rules

Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.

OCUK You are miss-labelling all the GTX680 cards.....

Gibbo is right. OcUK staff go above and beyond when it comes to support and the community. Whenever possible I always buy from OcUK because I know that if there are any issues they'll be resolved quickly and efficiently. I love the fact we get pre-release reviews, info on sales figures, information about shipping schedules, pyramids and genuine interaction with the community. I also like the way that criticism is tolerated, rather than every negative post being deleted.

Ive known lots of threads/posts be deleted on here for nothing sometimes,no offence ocuk but sometimes its as if you want to cover things up when a poster mentions something not in your favour, dont take this the wrong way,im only pointing it out.;)

If OcUK was just like the rainforest company, the e buyers and several of the others who do none of the above.

The one and only time that competitor hinting is more than allowed :D

On a serious note, for the past year or so I have been coming onto these forums just before big launches occur to see what OCuk staff have posted early in the way of benches etc. It might not be a full on review but that's not what they're trying to achieve. It's numbers and graphs that get straight to the point to quickly help us enthusiasts decide to hit the buy button before the initial stock runs dry.

Exactly, no one else does this. The 7970 launch, I posted information here pre-launch on how well they overclocked, crossfire and tri-fire performance. Which other Etailor spent their time doing this? None!

I agree, OcUK is more than a simple vendor. I'm always picking up useful information here, from both staff and community members. The competitive pricing and service level here is also great. Well, Its been enough to keep me loyal (mostly) for the last 6 years.

A lot of the other vendors don't even have a forum, let alone any staff giving you info on the new products as they are hitting the stores.

Do OCUK do it to generate more interest and hopefully more sales?
Of course they do.
Does that make it wrong?
Of course it doesn't.
Does it make OCUK unique?
YES, well for me anyway Ive been reading these forums and using this company for parts for nearly 10 years, in my opinion OCUK doing a superb job. and I for one don't want that to change.

THANK YOU OCUK.

I hate agreeing with him...

but he is right.

Arent you paid by him:D

I recall this (and many other things over the years I have known about OCUK.....not to mention the small fortune I have spent with you)

And Gibbo came on here a few days ago and specifically told people NOT to buy the 7950/70 as the price drop was coming. OK people probably expected it but I still think that deserves some credit and I doubt many other etailers would do the same (if they even had a half decent forum that is!)
