OcuK's 290 Stock?

Indeed. I've got an MSI 290 due to be replaced and they don't even sell them anymore. Who knows how long I'll have to wait. :(
 
Nope sales have simply exploded and were not keen to buy more in as now its just weeks until custom cards arrive, so we'd rather run out, wait a week or so and have the custom cards arrive.

So if you want one this side of XMAS be quick, we might also increase pricing dramatically if supply has completely dried up.

We have corporate accounts buying 50pc, 100pc of HD 7990 and R9 290 at a time from us, no guesses as to what they are using them for. ;)
 
BIG mistake tbh.. They would sell no matter what gibbo.

I VERY much want a VTX3d 290 to Xfire with but you have NOTHING! and i ONLY want reference

We have loads in stock on Sapphire which is our key partner, right now if we can get custom designs on pre-order with a delivery date of January this will be a far better plan. ;)

We have Sapphire 290, same card as they are all reference, will crossfire fine.
 
OcUK done well to sell so much of those 290s in a short time, a lot of companies would have got nowhere near 1000 on launch. Xmas should be alright at OcUK this year! :D

AMD have informed me at OcUK is responsible for over 50% of the sales in UK market of R9 series, I think I am doing a very good job. :)

I have dribs and drops of other 290 brands en-route, but shall only put on sale once they have arrived to prevent any over-selling.

Yes record highs and as we account for so much of AMD's UK sales and as Bitcoin is a worldwide thing as is Black Friday and Cyber Monday, there is now a world wide shortage on 280 and 290 series cards, prices are rocketing like crazy as supply dries up.

I did say on Black Friday they would be the absolute best deals this side of Christmas and looks like I was spot on at calling it.
 
Throwing a spanner in the works.
I have a MSI on route back due to Coil Whine, which sorts of defeats the purpose of Watercooling.

Looks like my options are return the EK-FK 290X block and wait for non-reference or go down a different retail route if OC don't have any R9 290's left.


The graphics card is holding up my waterbuild. :(
