Yes. Simple we have stock we wish to sell it. It is being sold at a loss as in 6 months time it will have to be sold even cheaper.
Unlike origin this is a physical item and if it doesn't sell before battlefield 5 is announced it probably never will. The BF3 premiums we still have stock of are proof of this.
Yes it is the full premium package you will get the exact same benefits you get from buying via origin. I have priced most things to be cheaper than Certain cd key websites.

I only see bf4 premium service, doesn't say nowt about the game coming with it. Ordered titanfall even though I have it, my bro aint half pestering me to buy it him. He can have the key, i'll have the box.

Interested in DeadSpace 3, but £4.99 for it is a tad expensive comparing to the deals on the other games...
Bought a few of the cheaper games for my dad's forray back into PC Gaming
Edit: Resisted ports for the time being though
Truck simulator and ports have to be 2 of the biggest bargains in that list!
it's 14.99 on a well known games site and 6.50 on a cd key site and full price on origin.
Prices may change later on they may not but once they are sold out they won't be re-listed.
Can certainly vouch that i've never been tempted by a truck simulator game until reading about it today to be fair
