OCZ Agility 3 120 GB Question

Got one of these drives coming tomorrow. Im exspecting to connect this drive to my asus sabertooth and not have any issues as its a p67 board.
Any one having issues with this drive on p67 boards?

There are problems with the Agility 3 drives,there is updated firmware released but i think some people are still having issues.
