I posted this problem in the motherboards section regarding an issue in trying to install windows 7 on my ssd in achi mode.
I can get windows to install fine in ide mode but if I set it achi mode and boot to install windows it hangs at the first screen (black background with windows logo) and the hard drive light continually flashes. My MB is the Asrock Z68 Extreme.
Has anyone else had problems with their agility installing on achi mode?
