OCZ Agility 3

I decided to jump into the onto the bandwagon and get myself an SSD for my boot drive it works very nice but I am slightly perplexed by speeds and if I am getting the right amount.

Its in ACHI mode (albeit changed in register after installation) and also windows has TRIM online and was wondering if this is it?
(BTW this is on a SATA2 line not SATA 3)
