A follow upto my earlier thread - OCZ Agility SSD Failed Yet Again - http://forums.overclockers.co.uk/showthread.php?t=18357913

Well just to let you know it is possible to get a refund from OCZ if you are not happy with your OCZ SSD, when l first got in touch with OCZ they said they where going to give me a refund them they changed their mind and offered a replacement SSD. After a few e-mails they still refused to give me a refund, even when l came across this article in The Register - http://www.theregister.co.uk/2011/07/08/ocz_bsods_ongoing/ and quoted what OCZ told The Register about their warranty policy "Additionally, we do have a clear warranty policy and are always happy to provide an exchange or refund to this person should the product not meet their expectations for whatever reason.". So l got in touch with The Register asking if they would be interresred in a follow up to their earlier article and told them about my problem with OCZ going back on their word about giving me a refund. A couple of days later l got an e-mail from OCZ apologising for not giving me a refund in the first place and asking for my bank details, etc, due to The Register getting in touch with OCZ and asking why they had gone back on their word about their warrenty policy.

So don't except a replacement SSD, ask for a refund, if you are not happy with your OCZ SSD.
