Odd Copy & Paste Question

I need to copy and paste all the filenames from this page:

ftp://e0srp01u.ecs.nasa.gov/srtm/version2/SRTM3/South_America/

i.e. N00W050.hgt
N00W051.hgt
....etc

How can I do this without copying the whole line? I'm sorry if this is a very retarded question and if it's in the wrong section but i'm at a loss!!

I've tried making a program to auto generate the numbers but they dont go in order and increase at regular intervals if you know what I mean?!

Once again sorry to be so simple but any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have Firefox, you can CTRL + Click the area where the text you want is. It selects it in a blue box.

Keep hole on CTRL and then drag down whilst still clicking.
