I got some insurance the other day and received an email from the provider with all the documents on, no problem.
I then received a second email shortly after saying the credit agreement documents were attached, but there are no attachments. So I emailed them back to let them know and customer services have sent me them separately. But I just happened to see the emails on my phone afterwards and there are all the attachments on the second email?
I’m using Outlook on W11 on the PC and Samsung email on mobile phone.
As a test I've just forwarded the email on the phone to myself (to same email) and the attachments are now on the email in Outlook on the PC.
I've just forwarded the first Outlook email to myself and there's still no attachments, on PC or phone.
Would it be my email provider had blocked them? Seems odd since they are just pdfs and there's no message to say anything was blocked.
