Odd latency issue

So i been having some rather odd latency issues while gaming online,it seems to affect all games, and seems rather intermittant. At random intervals my ping just massively spikes as high as 300ms.

Playing CS:GO tonite i noticed something when taskmanager was open on my 2nd screen.

Everytime my received throughput exceed 450kbps,i would get a spike. Now the reason i noticed the exact value is because their is some odd line on the graph

there is also one at 800kbsp and one at 7.7mbps.Now i assume this is something to do with the Killernic Software(My mobo has the Killer e2200) NIC,but im not sure what. I have uploaded an Image so you can see what i mean.

http://postimg.org/image/ei5y9vl63/ (just noticed the Quality is pretty bad,but you can clearly the see the lines on the graph, first one shows a line at 450kbps,second image shows one at 800kbps)

Now i have crappy net,its only 8MB down,so i dont expect the best gaming experience in the world, but how can this magical value of 450kbs cause massive spikes? When im gaming im no d/l or streaming at the same so my PC's net traffic is low. There is another laptop on the network, but it is only used for browsing and i have limited its bandwidth anyways.Even when its just my PC on this issue still persists

Anyone got any ideas, this started happening a few months ago,I had this system since feb and had no major issues latency through the summer.

I know the Killer nics have some issues, for instance i had a mem leak but applied the fix and it worked fine, never had any crashes or BSOD's related to it like some others

Any got any ideas?Online gaming is pretty much immposible/unenjoyable these days.I have considered reformatting, but im not 100% it would fix my issues, and well it will end up being a bit of a hassle :/

Be4 i went out to work this morning i fully uninstalled the killernic drivers and software. Then i reinstalled the nic as the atheros xx61 nic (a common fix for other issues with it)i didnt have time to test games online. My internet worked fine as usual/expected for browsing and downloads. The lines at 450/800/7.7 on the graph in taskmanager still persist however. Will report back later after i can try some games

So i tried out gaming with all the killer networking software and drivers un-installed,its marginally better. I still get massive lag spikes whenever my incoming traffic exceeds 450kbps (45kb/s) when gaming tho

I really have no idea what to do now :/

might have to try a separate network card
