Hey,
Been noticing that after leaving my Dell 2001FP powered on for a while, a slightly dark band is appearing across the top of the screen, roughly the width of a normal Windows title bar. Almost like a sort of screen burn type thing.
Today however, I touched that area and it it burning hot compared to the rest of the screen. Why is this?! I've never noticed it before. Literally only a narrow band across the topmost part of the screen (roughly a 3/4 of a centimetre).
Now the TFT is almost 3 years old, so is it on it's way out or something?
