odd rebuild

Hi everyone
After being out of the loop for 2 years odd I have decided (and my wife has allowed me) to do a system rebuild and relaunch myself into desktop land rather than living off my laptop and netbook.
I have a processor (AMD phenom II black edition with a meaty OCZ fan) that I am happy with and a graphics card (Sapphire radion HD 5850) that is enough for my gaming needs but beyond this I want to do a rebuild.
So all in all I need:
- Case
- Motherboard
- Power supply
- Extra fans
- RAM
- HDDs
(Oh I also have a blu-ray drive)

Case cooling due to a limited space envelope (big enough for an ATX case but not a massive gaming case or crazy externals like a up and over front panel) will have to be front/back and as a point of preference I would like to be able to have a hardware switch between HDDs (have win 7 and am working on a slackware build so dual boot would be awesome via a HW switch). I would also be pointless to have lightings due to the PC being enclosed in an aluminium caddy (with door front and open back)

Any help or recommendations would be awesome as I am rediscovering desktop after faaaar too long.

*edit* budget is £400 to £500 and yes I have monitor, speakers, keyboard, mouse, printer, bamboo pad and every other accessory necessary and not.

ooops

ooops budget is 400 to 500 but cheaper the better although if awesome enough dont mind stretching more but since I got married last year she doesn't understand that more powerful computer means my junk is larger =P

Now that seems more like the kind of PSU I want. Case looks good but only front will be visible from the enclosure it will be hidden within (have an office desk with an aluminium CPU pedestal with door). Shall be ordering everything tomorrow methinks =D
Many thanks for all your help
