Odd Windows boot issue

I have a very strange boot issue, wondering if anyone has come across something similar and knows of a workaround?

Basically Windows isn't booting (shock) and the automatic repair doesn't help (like it ever has), the Windows installation is perfectly fine it just won't boot and it seems to be a problem with the boot loader. For some reason it seems to feel the Windows drive should be E. This means it can't find it on launch, and the SrtTrail.txt error log that auto repair generates declares that bootres.dll is corrupt, however I'm pretty sure that's because it's looking for it on the wrong partition, it's like letters got jumbled :(

Kinda annoying in this day and age there's no way to just tell the startup options "launch this winload.exe file" /sigh.

Anyone got any ideas?

Tried
Bootrec /fixmbr
Bootrec /fixboot
Bootrec /scanos
Bootrec /rebuildbcd
Any of those
Or all
And yes will be a way to point it to the winload. Efi
But beyond my knowledge that one
As said did you remove a drive?
Having more than 1 drive connected when installing windows can lead to boot problems at some point
