Oddball Beat Down

How do you beat down a player while holding oddball?? I just can't seem to press the right button?

Halo !

Press the melee button - B. One-hit kill everytime but fairly short range. Hide around a corner, and wait for them to approach you - keep an eye on the radar and SMACK the bastaches as they come at you.

i hate oddball when you have uncooperative people, you simply cant kill the person carrying the oddball on maps like snowbound when they camp one of those doorways that you cant fire through unless you have someone else from the other side which is easier said than done when most players seem to have a shoot first think sensibly later policy

Oddball annoys me when you're playing with idiots who just seem to want to kill everyone, instead of going for the guy with the ball while he happily scampers away racking up a nice score.

I'm usually the guy running around with the oddball whilst others kill each other... my best is winning the game as the first to grab hold of the skull - everyone weren't too pleased...

Select isn't needed unless your doing it two player and Start just starts the game.
