Can you tell me why the OEM version often costs more than the retail version and only has 1 years warranty against the retails 3 year warranty and are the OEMs better CPUs
 
I'm guessing because OEM processors don't sell as well and so retailers have older stock that they payed a higher trade price for.

They aren't better unless there is a special batch going around which is rare.
