Hi guy's what's the difference between these two sales/supplies? or should that be advantage/disadvantages? cheers all

OEM will come in a anti-static bag or small plastic box and no accessories, warranty can depend on manufacturer 3 - 5 years.

Retail will come in a fancy box and usually accessories like cables and possible software.

OEM: You may save a few quid if you're on a budget.
Retail: You may receive an extended warranty if budget isn't an issue.

Ok cheers all was just wondering about it has most of one's on overclocker's are OEM's.
Am i correct in thinking that all OEM one's have to go back to dealer/seller? ifso what about retail ones?

Not necessary, my Western Digital drive failed which is OEM and I dealt with WD directly.
