Hi, i have a couple of quick questions regarding the OEM version of windows vista Ultimate (or otherwise)
As far as i understand it, im allowed to buy it, i dont have to purchase hardware with it (as they recently changed the regs) however i would only be able to install it on a new machine?
What do they class as a new machine, mine is about 2 years old now, would they find out if i installed it?
Can you activate them online or over the phone?
Theres no way i can afford to shell out for the retail versions but the OEM ones are within my price range.
Any help with my questions will be greatly appreciated.
