Unfortunately indeed. A bit of trolling would be fine, its all fun and games, but there is a serious idea here and I think its something the mods should consider.
Also making me a mod, that should be top priority over anything else.
Oh totally, except it would come in the form of mod challenges.
So for instance twoblacklines latest nonsense thread, I would have set him a challenge from the offset, "prove yourself within the next 48 hours to a reasonable level of satisfaction or you get suspended for 2 weeks"
Spice motors up a bit, keep people on their toes, get the dross out.
But anyway, this is not my Hurfdurf for mod thread (there isn't one yet, I'm still taking donations and garnering support), this is a thread on whether or not we should have an off topic thread, so can we please keep it on topic, or not, what ever, it's all good.
I don't have a problem with it tbh, as long as everyone remains humble and polite to one another (needless to say)

Someone wanted to paint my toe nails and the big ones were looking ugly as it was so I thought I would take a leaf out of Chuck Liddell's book and just let her get on with it.
It made me all confident with my feet. Also the racing stripes made it not girly in my mind.

I am sorry you are so bad at posting that what you meant and what you said are too different things. When I am mod I will take you under my wing and correct things for you so your posts better reflect what you meant to get across.
There seems to be a fine line between stupid/troll/entertaining/annoying.
TBL was too stupid and annoying by far to compensate for the admittedly large entertainment aspect of it. (which shows how stupid and annoying he was, cause he was very entertaining!)
I wonder if he could prove he did spend that 3k on OcUK for instance...

I guess, but i still remember that thread he made of his battered old Passat and the accompanying photos that looked like they'd been take from about 20 metres away in the dead of night. Then he kicked off when nobody really cared - classic
The best bits were easily when he complained that his terrible photographs were not being respected whilst some of the better photographers on the forum were getting mad props for their legit pro level shots.
