Keep an eye on the rainforest and their used section. I picked up a Pro for £256 earlier due to their "Like New" but damaged box listed as £319 and then a 20% discount on all of their Warehouse items during Black Friday week.

The thing is, the deals aren't actually that great, they're just headline grabbing.

Argos will be doing a 500gb slim with fifa and another game

Or you can go to Amazon or shopto and get a 1tb slim with 3 physical games (driveclub, ratchet and clank and uncharted 4) for £239

Seems like a no-brainer really.

Having played it on the PC that must be a console only thing. Its not as prolific on the PC version (in my experience).

I would say £25 is worth it for Gears. I have been playing the single player co-op locally with the other half.

Story seems ok.

Haven't tried Horde 3.0 but it's supposed to be good.
 
Was hoping to pick up a Xbox One S tomorrow, but a bit surprised by the lack of deals seemingly anywhere unless I am mistaken? I know there was a bunch of them about a month ago but I wasn't ready to buy then, I wonder if stocks are now low?
 
Most of the recent Xbox deals have been for the original console, even as low as £150 at some places. The S has had some good deals with bundled games etc, but nothing incredible.

Forza Horizon 3 is my GOTY, and that's coming from someone who doesn't really like driving games! Cracking game, looks spectacular in HDR as well.
 
Any good deals on a PS4 racing game? Preferably with a way I can modify the cars. I am clueless when it comes to racing games now but I have an itch to scratch.

Only racing games in the black Friday sales are Dirt Rally and Need for Speed. Not sure how good the Rally game is, Need 4 Speed didn't get much love on these forums. I haven't seen or played either.

Was hoping for Project Cars.
