Can I just say that "Safehouse Deathmatch" when you're playing on Normal (or in VS!) is waaaaay more fun than doing it on Expert!

It all started when a group of us were doing Death Toll on Expert and, after a number of failures, it was getting late so we decided to call it a night. I don't know who started it, but one person shot another (instant death on Expert!) and then another and....well, before you knew it, each respawn was a mass of blood and screams for about ten minutes straight - there was molotovs and allsorts. Soooo funny.
However, on Normal it takes a little longer to kill one another. I felt kinda sorry for poor George Akdwdwengo (or whatever his name is) as he was just running around the room trying to heal everyone instead. I had tears running down my face from laughing so hard.
Everyone should try it! I'm just glad we didn't continue the Expert map as the stats would have been scary

That server last night was far more fun than most of the versus I've played before. Thanks for that. It was a good laugh and most of the time it was noticed when a hunter/smoker had me, not that I get got by one often...

Just a quick heads up for those that follow Zero Punctuation, he has just done a review on our game of the moment
Can't post the link due to excessive swearing he uses and has written in the vid, but needless to say if you know of him then you already know where to go.
I had never heard of this reviewer until you mentioned it. Perhaps I've been living under some sort of rock.
Anyway, I did some searching last night and found the LFD review, and other games.
I spent a good 45mins watching his video's laughing out loud. He is incredibly funny and spot on with most of his reviews. Except Portal
He seems to be a bit too much of a fanboy of that game to claim to be straight at least.The best comment in LFD was about how all the characters are stereotypical; War Vet, Hot College Girl and Biker Tattoo'd guy and finally the one we can all relate too - an officer worker, not clean shaven but oh wait he's black. Oh also about how survivors is challenging on VS mode, full of tention and strain - and being infected is 20mins of grieving people

Have they made singleplayer easier?
I was playing blood harvest with bots on expert yesterday (because my internet was out) and managed to get to the rescue event with only one wipe. We got through the first wave and the first tank, then I got pounced on by a hunter and it took me from fulll health as zoey stood about a foot away doing nothing :|.
So it got me wondering if they had made sp easier, or if real people are as useless as I think. It's so nice not to have to worry about some moron running miles ahead or shooting you in the back.

I'm not a negative gamer, I enjoy games aswell as dislike games like any other people.

Anyhow, no updates as yet. We're hoping Valve will get something out soon, and there's various fan-mods being worked on (such as a Dawn of the Dead themed campaign).
I caught a trailer for that earlier today, it's looking quite good
I didn't actually see inside the mall, as the trailer was just getting to the first safe room in the back o' the mall, but I can see the main shopping arcade being quite an awesome place
