Join the OcUK L4D group. They'll show up in game then.

Also, make a lobby, use the "sv_search_key ocuk" console command, and invite h0s. You'll be on the OcUK servers in no time, and with lots of people.

Well played Pig, but I'm afraid as you didn't make it on to the chopper alive I'm going to have to make good on the ban I promised :p

Really though, was good. Love playing with the new guys, it reminds me of the golden demo days :)
 
Maybe I just need to stop playing with random people, but is it just me or is Versus just completely broken (in PUGs) it just feels like the teamwork needed to succeed as Infected is just so much higher than Survivors, which is basically stick together and hide in a closet at a crescendo. Not to mention the normal Zombies do such little damage that they might not even be there.

Don't play with randoms. More teamwork is required as infected, but that's part of the charm really. It's intensely frustrating if you're playing with useless random idiots though...
 
Where exactly do you type "sv_search_key ocuk"

When you have setup a lobby?

I typed it in and it just stays looking for dedicated server and never finds 1.
 
You type it in as a console command - generally before you start the lobby. Once you've done so and made the lobby it should find a server really quickly.
 
Ok I've now downloaded and wondered if any of you fancy showing me the ropes? I wanna learn to it play it properly as part of a team and will no doubt need some guidance!
 
Been meaning to buy this for ages. Just snapped it up since its on offer. Looking forward for some OcUK gaming sessions :)
 
16060 points as tank in the game I just had, brilliant revenge considering I had been the only survivor to die in the same game. Logs are handy aren't they? :)

Also, I was ingame when harrier jumped out the window and had to warn trigger not to today, outta the same window lol.

yup all 4 in one go with a log :) done some where close to 28k at nm with cars :)
