***OFFICAL*** Left 4 Dead Thread!

Wish I was there to show you all up, Some of you haven't seen me in the leeroy games lets just say first time I played I think Midnight had put a curse on my character so everytime I even touched the ground a hunter would eat my face off. After that though it trained me into being the ultimate hunter killer aint been killed in awhile by one :D now to train for the tank lol
 
Haha Kearney, I get done at the start ALWAYS by some ******* smoker. It's mainly because my computer is slow on average these days so others load in and run off quick before I even get into the map.

I think on leeroy games we need a 20 sec wait at the start of each new level load, to let people catch up and spawn and to allow alltalk to be turned on.

Yesterday though, I was proud of myself. Me and fish have a bit of rivalry shall we say in terms of getting each other first. I managed to pounce down on DA3 from a roof and land in the safe room where fish (person at the back) was stood. Managed to get him before even crossing the safe room threshold :D

(BTW Dave/Aekeron, alltalk currently has to be reenabled after each level load. Is there a way to set it as default once it has been voted "on"?)

Good fun last night, I don't think Leebone (was it?) had played the leeroy version before, still good times.
 
As far as my understanding of when running solo it goes:

Hunter = Sidestep and Melee
Tank = Run around a non moveable object whilst shooting or molie and run
Smoker = Keep your gun loaded and your aim steady
Boomer = Ears peeled melee and keep space to back pedel
Witch = Aim High backpedel

Keep your ears and eyes peeled and know the choke/strike spot on maps
 
My main pc is running again. Waiting on an overclock order for new memory but it IS running (albeit on 2GB RAM out of 8GB) so yay! Will need to go and buy more beer this evening, then I'll be on, playing drunken Versus :) Sharpy on with your cider? ;)

That would be me :D That pounce in the doorway was comedy. Nobody was leaving the safe room knowing the onslaught was coming. So I decided to stay at the back hoping the blunt of the damage would be inflicted on the ones out of the door first. What a plan :p
