Yeah, makes me wish the tanks were random again.
If the first team goes looking for a molly and there is no tank at the top they will probably waste a load of health, but the second team will run through and win.
And if anyone does get a tank at the top, that is the end if the tank is half decent.

The game itself is getting a little stale for me now, same old same old.
 
Well I finanly purchased L4D... after weeks of hearing about it from Knubje, Eulogy and mrk..

I've played a few survival rounds, and had my first VRS round with Knubje and Eulogy yesterday! It was great fun, deffinetly be playing again soon (hopefully tonight!)

I didn't have a mic set up yesterday and had J binded to say "Help!!" which came in very handy.. also helps when you have Knubje in your side :P.

I have an old Logitec webcam with a mic on it, which I'm going to try and use later.

I don't think I did to badly... not knowing the maps was a bit of a problem, as I kept falling down a hole over, and over again.. then having to run through hordes of zombies to get back to where we were.

Really fun game though... loved being the hunter :D

I noticed that ScareySquirrel has got better over bank holiday. So he is being appointed on my rating system from "Nub" to "Would have on team, as long as the rest aren't all noobs too" :D
 
The last 2 weeks I've only been able to play it every few days due to a lot happening so I've been kept busy! but this should all be ok from this week onwards!

To get on OcUK servers you really need to be in an OcUK themed lobby. This generally happens if you got a big old friends list with lots of OcUK guys on it.

Reason being, games are made in lobby system, then we use ocuk server to host from lobby. If you're not in the lobby when game is starting then the server fills instantly (lobby game of 8 joins server). The only chance you have then is to join if a spot does become free (rare because most people play to the end, unless your name is Trigger :p), or you get an invite if someone leaves and we need replacements.

When they go for a game (as I do) they spam mass invites out to all online who aren't in game or whatever. So the more peoples list you are on the better in some ways.

I got far too many steam friends although all relevant, and get spammed an inv at least once an hour :)

What the!? I've hardly been on L4D lately, that is shocking.

Edit: Might have a game later, is it still sv_search_key ocuk1 or are we back to ocuk?
