That mod looks really good, was watching it a while ago but thought it went stale so stopped.

In other news - two more L4D2 posters, thats 5 levels in total now.

Anyone know whats the best mic to get for L4D?
I've had a quick look through OcUK's page, but could only find one stand alone unit (I have nice speakers so wouldnt really want headphones, unless they are really nice quality)

Budget £20-£50
 
The best mic?

It's only for voice, any old thing will do.

Personally I stick a headset with a mic on it round my neck (yes, neck not head) then flip up the mic boom so I can talk into it... then use some earphones for sound. Don't really like having my ears clamped by headsets tbh...

Not the most attractive option but meh, you're playing a computer game and talking to yourself in a room, who's going to care :D

So you could get a headset with mic for the mic for £8~. Or pop down to your local highstreet electronics store seeing as OCUK has no standalones available and have a rummage, could pick up a beige one for £4.

You mean with the red blue glasses, not the Nvidia vision? I tried it the other night for a couple of minutes and the 3d was pretty dam good. The atmosphere was brilliant, really immersive.
Alas I didn't try it out for long as I realised pretty soon with these glasses you don't get the red outline around a mounted Hunter. So the red and blue glasses pretty much put you in Boomer spewed vision, albeit in 3D.
