Sounds good to me. Do you guys use in game VOIP or something like TS/Vent?

practice a bit in the Single Player vs thing you can do..
treat the smoker tongue like a rocket launch in quake 3 -aim slight ahead of your target (the red indicator is bull most of the time), even shoot just before coming into view (if you're strafing) and it his quite a lot more![]()

Only annoying thing about ingame VoIP is it's to your team only or all talk only, depending on the server. On the 6 OcUK servers hosting LFD atm we have options to be able to vote all talk on or off. Default being off.
I understand this to be different to Xbox games where you can talk in game and also out loud to your opponents for purposes of cussing the other team![]()
the ocuk servers make it hard to play expert campaigns on them, often not given permission to call votes to change difficulty/campaign map etc![]()
As far as I'm aware, only the "return to lobby" vote is disabled for non-admins. You should be able to set difficulty and campaign as per normal.
The cfg you sent me also had restrictions for change level and restart though I have removed these following an email request at the weekend. As long as the restart isn't abused in VS... I'm sure it won't be then it will stay available.
Cheers

Want even more fun in L4D? Try LEEEEEEEEEEEEEROOOOOOOOOOY JENKINS!
Shame about Gord getting a poor connection to OcUK 6 though, hopefully not spoiling his game too much but if he was lag free it could have been worse for us!
Doesn't Gord always have relatively bad ping? Or is that someone else...
I always see Gord with 1 red bar
I think i remember him saying he was on AOL. (shudder)
Actually, on the 1, 2, 3 and 6 (and possibly 5? Seaniboy - would you mind confirming this?) OcUK servers you can both team talk and all talk. Details in the link below:
