Office 2007 Classic Menus

In my experience, Office 2007 got people interested in Office again. Not to say it's the most fascinating thing ever, but while I was using the Betas of Office 2007 way back when, lots of people who saw it became quite interested in it, and a lot of those same people then went on to buy it through the 'Ultimate Steal' offer that MS provide. Virtually everyone used to pirate Office, so for people to look at it and see that it's actually something new, fresh, has useful features and is actually worth the money is quite an achievement.

*Sob, sob - we don't want change....we're afraid of change*
*Why can't I make my Vista look like Windows 3*

I know it's a scary world out there guys - take the plunge, accept things will change and in the majority of cases for the better.
I know it will take a good hour of your life to learn it - but learning is good for you, especially when what you're learning is 100x better than what was available previously.

I've been using Office 2007 since MSDN launch. It's crap.

I know it's a scary world out there guys - take the plunge, read the thread before posting. I know it will take only a few minutes of your life to do it - but reading is good for you, especially when it will prevent you from posting blatant proof that you haven't read the thread.
