office 2010, help!

I recently purchased microsoft office 2010 professional from software 4 students, the first time i ordered it it was dispatched immediately but didn't arrive after 3 weeks of waiting. I then ordered it again and its come in 3 days but with no obvious product key
Now windows is saying I have to go through this massive procedure with a load of calls to get one. ARGH!
I'm just wondering if anybody's had the same or knows what I should do to get a product key easily

Hi, What you can do, is to log on to their site and, You can view your order history in the My Account section to see if your product key is there. If not, then email them, you should have got a product key..

I ordered mine from them as well. It comes with 3 cd sleves. The product key should be on at lease one of them

Not on any of the cd sleeves, but I have emailed them and they said they will pass a key on to me so all should soon be fine
