To be honest I could do with taking part in a course/learning that. There's so many areas to IT support.

When you do support especially as a sysadmin / msp role it can get heated super quick. You will be doing courses for the rest of your life in tech.

Apparently adding me as an admin and purchasing like for like licenses direct from Microsoft shouldn't cause any issues?

Setup direct billing first with the exact same licenses then the licenses purchased by the reseller will be cancelled.

oh so they just going to add you as an admin then? that's cool must have changed since last time I looked into it.
