Glad your sorted now, I would move the domain to 20i personally if you don't have any other services with them.

Why 20i? just curious may move my domains over if there's a good enough reason.

Cheaper they don't add items to your package and charge you for them unlike 123-reg, i.e they still charge for 'whois privacy' on your domain and support is on the ball, everytime I've needed help I've had a reply within 10 minutes.

We've got over 100 domains with them for our clients.
