office front sign - improve my design or help with new one

hoping this isn't against the rules as i've changed the web address (just realised phone number isn't though) so it's not self promoting. if it is, please let me know what i should edit to make it ok to post.

basically i've been in my office now for 6 months without an outside sign, never really needed it due to how we work, but there has been a couple times i've thought would be nice to have it and now trying to design something that looks half decent.

there is 2 companies going on this board, which has the space of about 2 metre wide x 1.5 tall.

this below is what i've come up so far, but i don't like it. the top half looks messy, especially the web address. i'm thinking as the top business isn't a web based one, it may be worth removing the website all together and just having a contact number, as anyone in the immediate area who may want to use our services (only ever small businesses, no one passes by this corner as we're in an industrial area) can come talk to use or give us a call, which would massively tidy the sign up.

i'm open to all suggestions, and open to a complete new design if anyone wants to give it a go and post anything as creative as you want, and i'm happy to have a designed by xxx in the corner if wanted :)

if it'd help, i could take a picture of outside where this will be going. the building isn't particularly fancy, so maybe i'm over thinking this, though i've tried hard to make my office look good and tidy, and think a tidy design is needed due to what we do and would complete the image as best possible that i can do with what i've got.
 
I think oone of the reasons you don't like it is that there are too many fonts going on. You have upper case ones, lower case ones, curly ones and straight ones. Then the fact that some of it is colour and the rest black.

Try making the fonts for the plain text all the same font and size, and then see what it looks like.

I am also not sure of the two lines splitting the sign. Try without them as well or maybe put a border around the whole thing and split the sign into two sections with the same border.
 
The picture to the left of greenclean looks like a tree being fisted which is unpleasant yet also hilarious so I think you should keep it.

Have you considered using Comic Sans in caps?

e : what on earth does "Shopping for the greenest" mean? That's just absurd!

Cmon, you know you're in dire straights when you're asking GD to help you with your designs, you may as well have opened a photoshop request thread.
