I posted a few weeks ago about moving to London and wheither we should get Macs or Dells.. well I've finally moved over and me and the boss are going to the office shortly to set up our new iMacs! :D

Think we have ordered 6 20in high spec iMacs (one of which I am getting for home use :D ) and 1 24in high spec iMac. We decided this should be enough for programming and not Mac Pros :p

Will post pictures later!

BTW, Apple Store on Regent street is AMAZING. Pure sex.

Oh yeah, forgot about this..

1 Mac hasn't been set up (not needed yet), and I have 1 here at home. :D

Damn thats sweet, and as said in on of the other posts that Time Capsule will fill pretty quickly should look into investing into some kind of file server as there is software around to let you use time machine over on a shared hard drive in another computer over a network.

We already have an online server, so the time capsule is only really to link the internet between the computers, which was very easy to setup and run. Then I used it to quickly image all the macs with software and that was it. Probably won't use it at all.
What's in the smaller brown boxes?
Looks like 1 24" box and 4 20" boxes to me.
Yup. :)
Cool. :) Just had 10 arrive here which I've gotta set up over the next week or so :)
Awesome! :D

Shoulda gone for the 24" all round.

That 20" screen is nothing on the 24" panel (quality-wise). Nice work setup though.

Tiny desks, nothing to seperate each persons space, no drawer pedestals. And are you running wifi? Let me guess, Web 2.0 startup?

I thought it was a little unusual to, espically for a programmer, I've never seen an workplace like that before. It looks more like a meeting room or classroom.

We are running wifi.

I personally don't think the desks are tiny. There is lots of space around the computer.

We don't want 'closed' in desks either because this isn't exactly good working conditions when your working in a team. We want people to work together, not be alone in their own little space while they dase off while watch Youtube videos.

Not exactly a 'Web 2.0' start-up, but not far off. The idea must be fine though if we already have a substantial investment with many others looking a share.
