Need a really cheap set up for office use, surfing the web, checking emails, and viewing pictures. Its going to be for my mum and i will need everything OS, keyboard mouse etc, although i do have a monitor.

Seriously though, this should do the job and just add you choice of mouse and keyboard (you can't go wrong with Logitech in that respect).

If you want to build yourself then something like this should probably do although it may be overkill, 2gb Ram is to make it a bit easier when using Vista.
