Gives those who started on mediums a chance to make up some ground, those starting on softs could be in trouble and might have to pit twice in quick sucession.

Might mean soft starters do a quick second stint on more softs before rain.

Err, actual racing? Take the names out of it.. car B was behind car A at 0.4secs. Car B won't race, because he knows car A could lose DRS from ahead. So he waits. We get no racing until car A does lose DRS, then we get a DRS driveby. It's a total borefest and happens all the time.

The cars are total bobbins though, I agree.

Except outside the Red Bull, every example we've seen of non DRS racing just means virtually no passing still

Doesn't help that Kemmel with DRS is basically a free overtake so everyone ends up in pace order almost straight away.
