Same verstappen makes an appearance

Just imagine his anger/frustration is he had a teammate that could actually match him.

He's relatively calm and accepting when he talks about these things after the fact, when he's had time to either analyse or be managed, but yeah in the heat of battle anything could happen.

Definitely not unique to any one driver though.

Albon gets massively frustrated under pressure, you can already see Lando getting annoyed by Piastri's great performance. Hamilton x Rosberg was like watching two teenagers having a beef - the list goes on. Max would definitely show more frustration with a more equal teammate.

Okay, race prediction: Hamilton, Norris, Leclerc. Max and Russell collide and ruin each others race. Pérez finishes outside the points. Tsunoda and Zhou both score points.

For the first one, the Ferrari has shown it's not great on its tires over a race distance so I don't think Leclerc will be able to keep pace with the McLaren and the Mercedes. Hamilton has been stronger in race than quali all season and was within a hair's breadth of Norris in Quali so I think he'll come good across the length of a race.

Max, I think, will be disinclined to give any quarter now he's already won the WDC and led RB to the WCC, and Russell is going to want to assert himself too. A collision seems more likely than not.

Pérez has, to be fair, been better this weekend and the track isn't the worst for him, but he's had so many stupid incidents lately that I think him stuffing something up in more likely than not.

And, if the rest of that happens, Tsunoda and Zhou are pretty much a shoe-in.

Max is like my son playing FIFA - blaming me for distracting him when he lets in a goal, yet it was just his fault anyway :p
