I hope that number is provided by AWS, or there's no way I could trust it.

Edit: Actually quite hyped for this one. It starts at 2am here, but got Monday off for Dragon Boat Festival. Will be the first Canada race I see for a long time.

No ambulances or stuff around the area. And they've cleared all the stuff away quite quickly. Must be ok?

Ending the race because they can't fix it. Fair play.
I can't remember the name of this commentator, but I always think he's good.

Apparently not. The part that failed was new for this weekend.
It seems so if that article is correct. It isn't common for brand new PU's to be used in friday practice so I assume the same goes for the MGU systems as well. But failures can happen at anytime, doesn't mean that unit can't be reused once they've discovered what caused the failure.

Usually if the MGU catches fire, it's toast. I guess they'd replaced it because the last one had failed?

Just watching the pre race show and couldn't help but laugh at the amount of effort that's gone into the styling and image of Ruth and Laura. Then there's Palmer there in an unironed shirt, yesterdays jeans and an old pair of trainers.
