Its certainly pretty wet right now for the Porsche race
I hope that number is provided by AWS, or there's no way I could trust it.
In this rain, I doubt they'd start an F1 race.
*Edit* oh **** - I just noticed on the replay the marshall gets completely wiped out by the wall moving backwards when the Porsche hits it - hope he's ok.
John Hindhaugh. He's a really personable character, but he grates on me sometimes as he gets *a lot* of things wrong - especially in endurance races. Possibly because of lack of sleepI can't remember the name of this commentator, but I always think he's good.
Sounds like Murray Walker.John Hindhaugh. He's a really personable character, but he grates on me sometimes as he gets *a lot* of things wrong
It's an old power unit so not really, nothing is indestructible...
It seems so if that article is correct. It isn't common for brand new PU's to be used in friday practice so I assume the same goes for the MGU systems as well. But failures can happen at anytime, doesn't mean that unit can't be reused once they've discovered what caused the failure.Apparently not. The part that failed was new for this weekend.
