I had small bets on drivers at big odds for pole - Hamilton, Colapinto, Zhou and Hulkenburg. All 4 out in Q1. Amazing stuff.

You can see from the on board the car just didn't have any grip for whatever reason (setup, tire pressures / temps, etc).
