I just realised I still haven't got round to adding a score with my 290, here is mine at 1150/1330 with a 3770K at 4.7 GHz :)

Also is there a way to keep the clock speed from throttling? If I try and push any further, I get worse scores as I see on afterburner that the GPU was hovering at around 1100 MHz, even though the GPU temperature was only getting to about 75C maximum (100% fan). :(

Greg any chance of an update to the Gpu only scores? np if it's to much of a faff, it's just that with with my cpu i'll never really get to the top or near it, but with the gpu i can get pretty close.

Ok guys benching abit this week. Heaven single card WR 14.6 driver 1600/1725. Heaven two card WR 1500/1700 Crossfire both Z97.

Move to 11 on X79 which is an easier bench to complete than Heaven. I get massive stuttering at anything above 1400/1700. Same temps, same volts etc.

I tried the latest driver, 14.6 as I said beforte which is amazing with heaven both single and Xfire and also 13.11 Beta 8 which is the most efficeint Xfire driver to date for benching all same problem. You guys seen any stuttering in 11???

not tried the CPU a bit higher mate? As your now delidded and watercooled you'll have a lot more headroom. Saw some very decent gains on skydiver with the 4790k at 4.7 vs my old 4770k at 4.5. Physics and combined, gpu score still the same as my 780 has no more in the tank.

I've not really tried setter tbh bud, there's seems to be an issue where something is effecting my cpu scores while using the 290x.

Its strange and extremely frustrating.
 
Cant see it being a cpu throttling issue as yours is much cooler than mine. And my slightly faster ram doesn't make an awful difference in this.
 
I'll just throw this one up there Greg as i'm playing around with a Ti Classy at the moment and won't better this with my 290s for a while if at all.

Something seriously wrong with my Physics score :confused: but Graphics ain't too shabby :)
